In order to take advantage of wholesaler/distributor discounts and special items, we require that you provide one of the following as documentation:

~ Resale certificate
~ Sales tax certificate
~ E.I.N.
~ Company letterhead, stating you position as a re-seller

All firms doing business in the state of New Jersey will be charged 6% sales tax unless an ST-3 certificate has been provided.
